Our Client is currently seeking a Project Manager to oversee high impact photovoltaic solar and energy storage construction projects. This role is pivotal in managing the overall success of the project, ensuring high-quality, on time delivery within budget.
Lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling across multiple active projects.
Manage relationships and contracts with EPC partners, ensuring alignment on scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Conduct weekly meetings with EPC contractors to review progress reports, address issues, and ensure accountability.
Coordinate with internal teams including engineering, permitting, legal, and site construction to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee procurement and delivery of major equipment to ensure timely arrival for EPC installation.
- Support due diligence efforts for potential project acquisitions and assist in defining EPC scopes of work.
- Resolve project-related issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and budgets.
- Monitor and report on project performance, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Travel periodically to project sites to support field operations and maintain strong on-site presence.
This role is primarily remote but requires at least monthly travel to site.

5-10 years of Project Management experience, specifically supporting large solar projects (100mW+)
Familiarity with photovoltaic solar design and technical standards as well as civil and structural technical knowledge.
Experience in distributed generation or utility scale PV solar project construction required, experience in energy storage preferred
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, CPM scheduling, and Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
Superior communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Willingness and ability to travel to various project locations up to 30%
