Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a highly motivated and experienced SAP FICO Analyst. The work authorization is not specified and the salary ranges from $110,000-160,000. Responsibilities include gathering requirements in the FICO areas, recommending solutions, blueprinting, realization, and support. This position regularly interacts with Finance management as well as being an integral member of the SAP Team and shares SAP FICO support responsibilities with fellow SAP FICO Analysts.

Required Skills & Experience

o Bachelors Degree in IT, Accounting or Business
o 2-3 full life cycle SAP project implementation in FICO
o 10+ years of hands-on strong SAP FICO experience with a combination of project implementation and production support
o FICO experience in S4
o Expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Special Purpose Ledger.
o Expertise in Product Costing, Actual Costing, Material Ledger, Cost Center accounting, Project Systems Plant Maintenance and Profitability Analysis is required
o Expertise in Implementing SAP integration with banks, in various formats like IDOCS, XML, TXT., etc.,
o Working knowledge of FI integration with SD, MM and PP
o Proficient in designing and developing user training documentation, test plan and test script development and execution.
o Experience with SAP change management process
o Good knowledge of SAP authorization roles, objects and basic reports to troubleshoot missing authorizations
o Experience with core financial modules GL, AP, AR and Fixed Assets to help with support requests
o Experience with design and delivery of Report Writer/Painter Reports
o Experience working in a Global Company Structure

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

o Experience in Implementing S/4 HANA is a big plus
o Experience developing and executing automated scripts in tools such as Winshuttle
o Experience with BPC
o Expert level knowledge in Product Costing and Material Ledger
o CPA certification
