Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Splunk ITSI Developer to join our IT operations team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) solutions that provide actionable insights into the health and performance of our IT services. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our systems are observable, reliable, and optimized for performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and configure ITSI services, KPIs, glass tables, and notable events.
Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and reports to support IT operations and business needs.
Integrate data from various sources into Splunk and ensure effective data ingestion and normalization.
Optimize Splunk queries and searches for performance and scalability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Splunk ITSI environment.
Document configurations, processes, and best practices.
Leverage and integrate third-party monitoring platforms such as Datadog, AppDynamics, and OpsBridge Manager to enhance observability and data correlation.

3+ years of experience with Splunk Enterprise and ITSI.
Strong knowledge of SPL (Search Processing Language) and regular expressions.
Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog, AppDynamics, or OpsBridge Manager.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Familiarity with Linux and Windows administration.
Ability to create and manage knowledge objects (macros, event types, field extractions).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
