AFISM Modeler- Germany - TS Cleared

**Candidates must be able to relocate or already be in Germany working on the Ramstein, Germany location
**Salary for this position is between 120-130K depending on years of experience

This role involves using simulation tools to support mission analysis and planning. The primary tool used is the Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and Modeling (AFSIM). The analyst will contribute to scenario development, data analysis, and simulation execution to support operational studies.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct mission-level analysis using AFSIM or similar tools.
Design and modify simulation databases and software code.
Develop and execute simulation-based study plans.
Analyze and post-process simulation output data.
Support scenario development and concept of operations.
Collaborate with other modeling teams to ensure data compatibility.
Create scripts to adapt data formats for simulation tools.
Provide technical documentation and support for model maintenance.
Deliver reports and presentations based on analysis results.
Offer training and support to stakeholders as needed.

Bachelors degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience,
OR Associates degree with 7+ years of experience,
OR 11+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with simulation databases and software.
Prior experience in operational or mission planning environments is a plus.
Clearance eligibility may be required depending on the role.

Technical Tasks May Include:
Modeling mission scenarios and engagement plans.
Maintaining and updating simulation databases.
Running and validating simulation exercises.
Debugging and modifying simulation code and scripts.
Ensuring accurate representation of operational environments.

Skillset:
Experience with simulation modeling tools (AFSIM preferred).
Ability to analyze and manipulate large datasets.
Familiarity with scripting and database management.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
