Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, estimating, negotiating, staffing, managing work execution, and reconciling final billings. The Project Manager will resolve internal issues, lead post-project reviews, and ensure customer satisfaction in terms of quality, productivity, and safety. Responsibilities include developing estimates, interpreting specifications, coordinating project phases, writing documentation, and managing subcontracts. The role requires effective communication with customers, vendors, and stakeholders, as well as risk assessment and mitigation. The candidate must be willing to work nights and weekends during peak periods, travel to remote locations, and obtain access to US military installations. Other duties include maintaining effective relationships, coordinating purchasing processes, and ensuring project completion within time and budget constraints.

-High school diploma/equivalent.
-Five years experience associated with ship maintenance, modernization, construction or repair.
-Five years managerial or supervisory experience in engineering projects involving modernization, maintenance, installation, repair or testing of naval ship HM&E or electronic systems/ equipment.
-Current security clearance (SECRET) or the ability to obtain one.
