My client is rapidly expanding its Fiber footprint through a dynamic new Joint Venture, and were looking for a flexible, driven, and technically savvy Project Manager to help lead the charge. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoys working across multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Youll play a key role in coordinating across internal teams, external partners, and backend systems to ensure seamless execution of projects that accelerate the growth of my clients fiber team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support multiple projectsowning specific initiatives while also jumping into others as priorities shift.
Coordinate across a wide range of stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and Joint Venture partners.
Drive integration efforts between backend systems and functional components critical to the success of the fiber expansion.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders informed with clear, concise communication.
Support operational readiness and ensure that new systems and processes are scalable and sustainable.
Champion agility and adaptability, helping the team pivot quickly as priorities evolve.

7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in complex, fast-scaling, or startup-like environments.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
Experience with system integrations, backend platforms, and technical project coordination.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with minimal direction.
PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
Experience in high-growth industries such as tech, logistics, infrastructure, or SaaS.
Background in Joint Ventures or multi-entity collaborations.
