Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an experienced Quantum Technology Expert to join our team at a high-level DoD office to support and assist the development of Quantum Technology and road mapping. This role will center around developing roadmaps, technical direction, and policy for emerging Quantum technologies to advance the United States technological capabilities in this area. They will provide subject matter expertise in the latest quantum trends, emerging capabilities, and best practices. They will be the face of this organization and the focal point between leadership within the Pentagon, and across the Department of Defense (DoD), including components, industry partners, academia, international partners, and associations to achieve mission goals and outcomes.
Other Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with internal and external SMEs to develop and review RFI responses, information papers and reports to Congress and other external organizations
• Prepare presentations and reports to DoD leadership, Congress, Industry, Academia, Professional Societies, and other organizations
• Assist in goal setting for quantum science within OSD and track assessment of progress toward established goals
Hourly: 87-96/hr
Salary: 180,000-200,000

Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelor’s degree in physics or related field and 14+ years of related experience, or Masters and 12, PhD and 10
-Active Top Secret Clearance
- Experience with Quantum Computing, Networking, emerging Quantum technologies, sensors, and atomic clocks
