Responsible for analyzing, configuring, and supporting the Workday platform to optimize human capital management (HCM) and other business processes. They collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into system configurations, and ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the Workday system. Additionally, they develop custom reports and dashboards to provide business insights and support decision-making.
