We are seeking a Replicon Engineer to lead day-to-day configuration and support of our Replicon platform. The ideal candidate has 35 years of hands-on experience specifically with Replicon Time & Attendance and Project Time Tracking, with strong knowledge of accrual policies, compliance, and payroll configurationsespecially in a government contracting or highly regulated industry.
This is a highly technical role where youll be configuring Replicon daily, working closely with payroll and HR teams, and helping integrate Replicon with Deltek. While our organization is live on UKG Dimensions, were still operating day-to-day in Replicon and need someone who can keep things running smoothly while long-term systems are finalized.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Replicon modules with a focus on:
Time & Attendance
Project Time Tracking
Accrual rules and leave codes
Compliance and reporting tools
Configure complex scenarios including:
Multiple overtime rules based on Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs)
Tiered accruals and varying pay rates based on tenure
Support end-user troubleshooting, timecard issues, and data validation
Partner with HR, IT, and Payroll teams to understand business needs and deliver system updates
Document configuration logic and support training as needed
Assist with Replicon-to-Deltek integration to ensure accurate project-based time reporting
Participate in system testing and design finalization for long-term platform migration

35 years of direct experience configuring Replicon (Time & Attendance, Project Time Tracking)
Strong understanding of payroll integrations, accrual calculations, and compliance logic
Hands-on experience with configuring systems from scratch and adjusting for union/CBA-specific requirements
Ability to own the configuration lifecyclefrom requirement gathering to implementation and support
Excellent communication skills to partner with cross-functional teams
Experience integrating Replicon with Deltek or similar ERP platforms
Familiarity with UKG Dimensions, ADP Workforce Manager, or Kronos
Background in government contracting or healthcare industries with complex pay structures
