Our large telecommunications client is seeking a System Project Manager / Tool Administrator within the Network Construction organization. This person will provide operational and administrative support for the "One PSC" (power space and cooling) tool - a proprietary system the company has built to track inventory and workflow on power space and cooling equipment across different sites that house the network gear. This person will be responsible for administrative support for the tool, including but not limited to; interact with business owners (internal end users of system) and coordinate between them, the PMO, and the development team, join calls, take notes, follow up to ensure all parties are aware of action items, write user stories on tool workflow and updates that need to be made, communicate requests for updates made by business owners to development team, follow up and coordination to ensure updates are being completed in a timely manner, coordinate with the testing team and gather feedback once testing has been completed, provide updates throughout the process to internal stakeholders.

-3-5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager/Coordinator, or Tool Administrator
-Strong technical skills
-Basic IT system or tool administration/support/development background
-Telecommunications / wireless carrier industry experience, specifically in power and cooling for inside plant facilities that house network gear (HVAC, generators)
