Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Desk Technician to join our team. This role involves managing online tickets, providing remote support to customers, and ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues. The ideal candidate will have experience with Office 365 applications, troubleshooting, password resets, and possess strong customer service skills. Familiarity ticketing systems is essential (Footprint is used within the county). The pay range for this role is $19-$24/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
Ticket Management: Handle and resolve online tickets using the Footprint ticketing system.
Remote Support: Remotely access customers' computers to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Office 365 Support: Provide assistance with Office 365 applications, including troubleshooting and user support.
Password Resets: Perform password resets and manage user access issues.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all users.
Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support activities and resolutions.

Experience: 1-4 years of professional experience in a similar role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Office 365 applications, troubleshooting, and password resets.
Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically.
Remote Support: Experience in providing remote support and resolving issues in a remote setting.
