We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Operations Liaison to oversee our billing and call center operations. This role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency and delivering top-notch service to our clients.
Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between different departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve operational issues by liaising with relevant teams and stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Analyze current processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on operational performance and project progress.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of communications, decisions, and actions taken.
Support: Provide operational support to management and staff, ensuring all departments are aligned with company goals.
Hourly pay rate between $30-$40

5 years of managerial experience or at least 8 years of supervisory experience
Minimum of 5 years of operational experience preferably in billing and call centers
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and expert level expertise in Excel
Strong strategic thinking, problem solving and analytical skills
Effective communication /wrong writing skills
Highly proficient in writing various report types
Strong business acumen to assist /support management staff
Bachelors degree in business admin, finance, or accounting
Ability to write and run queries is a plus!
