Insight Global is seeking a Customer Care Specialist for our client.
-Customer Support: Answer incoming calls from customers regarding public utility issues, including water, gas, and electricity services.
-Issue Resolution: Listen to customer concerns, identify the nature of the problem, and provide accurate information and solutions.
-Dispatching Technicians: Coordinate and dispatch field technicians to customer locations for on-site inspections and repairs.
-Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues reported, and actions taken in the company's database.
-Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
-Emergency Response: Handle emergency calls and prioritize dispatching based on the severity of the issue.
-Communication: Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
-Customer Education: Provide customers with information on utility services, billing inquiries, and conservation tips.
Pay rate of $23
