Job Description

Processing affidavit submissions routed to multiple client email folders within 9 calendar days.
Properly executing all rush requests and responding to client emails within 24 hours.
Escalating procedure changes to management and updating internal and external process documents as needed.
Properly notating all account level issues in internal system.
Ensuring attorney requests for client signed documents are processed according to client standards and providing clear instructions for correcting when needed.
Logging all approvals, internal rejects, and client rejects accurately and timely.
Verifying spreadsheet data and data within legal documents.

Bachelors Degree
