Job Description

An enterprise retail company is seeking talented, customer focused Technical Sourcing Recruiters to join their global recruiting organization. You will be supporting technical teams to drive candidate generation strategies in partnership with your clients.

Successful Recruiters on this team utilize their experience in setting benchmarks, forecasting and tracking against metrics, and prioritizing to hit customer SLAs. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, and have fun to get the job done. They draw on extensive knowledge of talent acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1-3 (max 4 years of exp) years of recruiting experience
- 1-3 (max 4 years of exp) years of CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidate
- Not looking for senior recruiters. Will be a role for them to grow and be ready to learn.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Knowledge to source for technical and non-technical roles.
- Ability to source from a variety of sources.
