Chief C2 Engineer - Secret Cleared

Insight Global is looking for a C2 Chief Engineer to support us on a series of DOD programs centered around creation of unified tactical communication systems across the services. This individual will have a focus on Missile Warning and Defense systems for our portfolio of relevant customers. The successful candidate will have an extensive background in C2BMC, JTMC Bridge, or Command and Control related systems and technologies. They will be involved in technical oversight and direction of active work within the portfolio, as well as upcoming efforts and proposal writing for our team. They will interact across program leadership, director level, and VP level individuals within our business unit to solve important problems related to our national security and defense.

Hourly: 82-91/hr
Salary: 185,000-210,000

-Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience
-Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS
-Strong working background in C2BMC, JTMC, or C2 systems (strong experience in program leadership roles on missile warning or radar related programs will be considered)
-Experience leading or providing engineering support to C2 related systems and programs
-Working knowledge of the DOD acquisition process

-Software Engineering or Modeling background
