Job Description

Manages the Internal Audit Department, overseeing project execution from the Audit Plan, supervising audit staff, and handling daily operations. Conducts internal audits following professional standards and department policies. Provides objective assurance and consulting services to enhance company's operations.

Required Skills & Experience

Advanced audit experience
Ability to evaluate controls, financial records, operations, and risks
Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency
Ability to gather, analyze, and evaluate information
Ability to communicate at all organizational levels
Transportation to all locations
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or computer science
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and auditing standards

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Financial services industry experience
Familiarity with information security concepts
Significant public accounting experience
Familiarity with data analysis software (e.g., ACL, Arbutus)
CPA, CIA, or CISA certification
Knowledge of information systems and related controls
