Job Description
Receive service calls from the Service Resource Center, detailing equipment or system malfunctions.
Contact the customer representative to identify and understand the equipment or systems issues.
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems, programs, schematics, and operational product manuals.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by maintaining consistent communication with district staff and customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
Electronically complete Service Acknowledgements with proper coding and obtain the customer’s signature.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum of 3 years of documented experience in the Fire Sprinkler/Suppression industry.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, submittals, and operational/product manuals.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Committed to adhering to and implementing safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
Strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a quick learner.
