Insight GLobal is seeking an event producer to manage planning and execution of virtual events for CFA Institute. This role leads on virtual event production on several platforms, including but not limited to Zoom, Virtual Attendee Hub, and Brightcove. This position is accountable for demonstrating process, and project management skills, professional communication, and outstanding customer service. This role may also entail administrative support for in-person events and conferences as required.

Bachelors degree preferred, CMP or industry equivalent designation
1-3 years of experience with virtual events and demonstrated project management skills in a business environment
Ability to handle multiple projects (20+) simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
Ability to cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience using zoom or equivalent webinar platform
Experience using Brightcove
