Marketing Project Manager

-Responsible for planning, executing and delivering consumer facing marketing and education initiatives.
-This person will manage projects through the design, implementation and testing phases in accordance with project objectives.
-The Project Manager will collaborate with multiple groups and stakeholders to ensure projects meet expectations and are completed on time and on budget.
-The Project Manager is required to use program management tools to manage project work plans, issues, risks, and dependencies.
-The Project Manager will produce status reports, conduct status meetings and facilitate issue resolution and risk management sessions.
-Oversee the planning and execution of marketing/strategic deliverables
-Facilitate communications with key stakeholders to align on key objectives, outcomes and deliverables
-Develop and maintain detailed project workplans to keep teams up to date with progress and changes to plan
-Maintain quality standards across all deliverables
-Work with internal creative and communications departments, as well as external vendors and/or freelancers
-Manage and oversee project budget to actuals

-4-5 years of PM experience
-Experience launching campaigns and marketing products
-Experience Tracking budget for projects
-Experience with Workfront or any other budget management system is required
-Experience with Sync or any other product management system is required
-Considered to have strong skills and expertise in the project management field, including experience with Workfront and/or other work management systems
-Extreme attention to detail and proven ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Demonstrated ability in managing projects similar in scope and complexity to the project requirements; shows a track record of completing projects on time
-Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
-Ability to help resolve technical issues
-Ability to manage, coordinate and guide several projects at a time
-Strong issue resolution and risk management skills
-Experience with project management methodologies

-PMI/Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desired
-Mortgage Industry experience is a Plus
