A client of Insight Global is looking for a Data Validation Analyst to join their team in the Washington D.C. area. This individual will be responsible for managing and organizing data for building maintenance assets. The Data Validation Analyst will be classifying the gathered data, overseeing asset inventory and labeling, reviewing data in Maximo, performing walk-throughs with Project Managers, and generating expected spend plans on the building maintenance assets. It is important that this individual is able to understand and differentiate building maintenance assets. This individual will be required to work onsite 5 days/week. Minimal travel is required.
5 years of CMMS experience (computerized maintenance management system)
5 years of experience with assessment management, maintenance management, or reliability centered maintenance
