Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a versatile and creative Multimedia Producer to bring complex industry insights and regulatory information to life through engaging video content to a large financial client of ours. The ideal candidate has a background in asset management, financial services, television, or journalism and excels at translating in-depth research into compelling narratives. This role is suited for someone who is comfortable both on-camera and behind the scenes, overseeing the production process while collaborating with various teams to shape content. Experience managing digital channels, especially YouTube, is highly advantageous.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in Multimedia Production, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
3+ years of experience in video production or multimedia, ideally within asset management, financial services, or journalism.
Some familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent) for basic editing tasks, though heavy technical skills are not required.
Comfortable on camera with a strong presentation style.
Experience managing content on digital platforms, especially YouTube, and understanding of audience engagement strategies.
Strong ability to tell stories that simplify complex topics for a wider audience.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Knowledge of asset management or financial regulatory frameworks.
Familiarity with basic graphics for enhancing video content (e.g., adding text overlays).
Analytical mindset with an interest in tracking video performance and audience metrics.
