Job Description

Assist in managing and coordinating warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain records of warehouse activities and prepare reports as needed.
Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to warehouse operations.

Required Skills & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related role.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
