Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Right of Way Title Specialist I to join their team in Glen Allen, VA. The Specialist will order and review title, perform title curative duties, provide detailed property research, and prepare acquisition and document packages that are certification ready. They will also coordinate closing/settlement/condemnation packages and document recordings.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience as a Title Agent or Right of Way Agent
Experience drafting ownership and title reports
Experience navigating county websites including GIS

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with utility or oil and gas title research
