Insight Global is looking for a Benefits PeopleSoft Business Analyst to join one of our State clients ERP program. This candidate will be a member of the Post Production Support team and play a pivotal role in supporting end-users and the smooth processes of the Benefits module within PeopleSoft. Specifically, this candidate will use their techno-functional experience within PeopleSoft to assist on help desk tickets, troubleshooting software issues, documenting issues for the development team, and assisting end users with "how-to" type questions. The ideal candidate will be well-versed within the PeopleSoft Benefits module and be able to read and write SQL, SQR, and/or PeopleCode. This candidate will have a techno-functional background within PeopleSoft. Additionally, they will possess great communication and able to come onsite Tuesday-Thursday if local to Richmond, VA. If the candidate will be traveling, they will be expected to work onsite at least once a month. The candidate will be compensated based on experience at a rate of $55-$85/hour. .

5+ years of experience working as a PeoplSoft Consultant
Knowledge of the SDLC lifecycle (design, development, and testing of system objects such as reports and interfaces to meet business requirements)
Extensive knowledge with PeopleSoft Benefits module
Able to read and write SQL, SQR, and/or PeopleCode at an advanced level
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
