Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized and adaptable Tax Support Representative to provide additional office and administrative support to our service representatives. While this position is part of the tax group, no prior tax experience is requiredadministrative experience and proficiency in office software are key. The ideal candidate will be project-oriented, skilled in Microsoft Office, and able to work cross-functionally with both the Tax and Payroll teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a support arm for the service representative team
Provide administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth operations.
Work cross-functionally with Tax and Payroll teams to provide utility support where needed.
Assist with Microsoft Office Suite tasks, data entry, back-end work, and adapting to various project needs.
Maintain a high level of organization to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications:
Strong administrative and office experience, preferably in a support role (will not be taking calls, but will be assisting the call center team with administrative support as needed).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Project-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
Experience working in a cross-functional environment is a plus.
Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail.
