Insight Global is seeking a Senior Web Designer/UI Developer with Angular experience to join a federal program based out of Winchester, VA. This position supports the customer's go-to product for a high-profile delivery function and will provide the opportunity of experience with innovative and cross-fabric digital solutions. You will work to transform a client-based solution to a modern web-based user experience. Our client is looking to pay anywhere between $50-$80/hr. This is a short-term contract with the project lasting anywhere from 4-8 months. This is a hybrid role requiring work to be onsite 3 days per week. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
* Work closely with the whole team to understand functional requirements and make recommendations regarding UI design, solutions, and procedures
* Review software requirements and assist with design decisions
* Ensure 508 Compliance
* Participate in Agile scrum meetings
* Design, develop, and test software applications using:
o Angular (12 or higher) using node.js and TypeScript
o JavaScript, HTML, CSS
* Provide end-user testing assistance
