Candidate responsibilities and day-to-day will include but are not limited to:
-level 4 commissioning tasks - functional performance testing
-level 5 commissioning tasks - integrated system testing
-working across data centers in low and medium voltage, electrical backup redundancy systems
-Writing commissioning plans
-Writing scripts for testing
-Compiling end-of-project final reports for the customer
-Working with Project Management, GCs, owners, and site leads on a day-to-day
Schedule:
-No projects...
-->Remote 7am - 3pm
-->Take virtual meetings and phone calls; maintain communications across MS Teams
-->Evaluate scripts across commissioning drive; make commissioning plan revisions
-Active Projects...
-->Travel days Monday and Friday
-->Onsite days Tuesday - Thursday
-->7am daily commissioning meeting, go over testing tasks that will be conducted for the day
-->3pm end day with documentation
*Projects typically take 2-4 weeks (candidate will have the ability to travel home over weekends)
Expenses/Travel/Benefits:
-Use platform for booking all travel
-Per diem - $75 per day; lunch is provided on site for L4 and L5 provided by GC.
-3 weeks PTO 1 week sick time
Salary: $95k - $170k

-5+ years of level 4 / level 5 experience within data centers in low-to-medium voltage systems (electrical back up redundancy systems)
-Ability to meet travel requirements (65%-75% travel)
-Ability to effectively work with Project Managers, GCs, Owners
-Ability to write commissioning plans and write scripts for testing
-Holds the following certifications:
-->NFPA 70E
-->OSHA 10
-->OSHA 30
-->CIT Lvl 1
-Degree in a relevant technical field (Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, ISE, etc.)
-NETA Lvl 1 Certification
-Prior working experience with a commissioning company
-Excellent documentation skills
