Check Shipments in Computer: Accurately enter and verify shipment details in the companys computer system to ensure all records are up-to-date and correct.
Daily Meeting: Participate in daily meetings to discuss shipping schedules, priorities, and any issues that need to be addressed.
Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift to move, load, and unload shipments as required.
Load Shipments: Prepare and load shipments onto trucks or other transportation vehicles, ensuring that all items are securely packed and labeled correctly.
- Schedule Pick-Ups: Coordinate and schedule pick-ups with carriers and ensure timely dispatch of shipments.
