Job Description

One of our federal clients is looking for an Executive Leadership Support Consultant to join their team in Washington, DC. This person will be responsible for developing and cultivating relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including leadership, managers, and support staff. They will help arrange and coordinate logistics for executive leadership meetings and events with internal and external stakeholders, as well as providing meeting and program supporting that includes scheduling, coordinating agendas, managing calendars, capturing meeting minutes and actionable items, and providing administrative planning. They will help lead operational, logistical, and administrative planning support for large scale virtual and in-person events, while ensuring cross organizational alignment on messaging regarding programs and initiatives.

Salary for this role is $90k - $120k annually.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience in project management
- Federal Government Agency and FAA-related experience is required
- Experience managing sensitive information with a high-level of confidentiality and discretion
- Experience with stakeholder identification, outreach, and management involving senior executives and program leadership
