Job Description

Our client is looking for a committed and meticulous individual to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will handle various tasks central to our department, such as processing return mail, managing charge-off procedures, and reaching out to both commercial and residential customers for collections. Additionally, this role includes clerical responsibilities like data entry and account adjustments to ensure precise charge-offs. Maximum of $20hr.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proficient in using customer information systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to compose and respond to customer correspondence.
- Experience in clerical tasks, data entry, and making account adjustments.
- Ability to work efficiently in a customer-facing role, with experience in collections or a similar field preferred.
