Insight Global is looking for a NetSuite/BigCommerce BA to support financial platform health for a client is a remote capacity. This person will be responsible for confirming business requirements to meet organizational goals focused on BigCommerce and NetSuite. This person will be expected to work EST hours and the hourly rate is $40/hr - 65/hr depending on experience.

- hands on experience in a BA role with sprint planning, review, etc. for stakeholders and technical teams
- hands on experience managing project scope and timelines
- working knowledge within APIs and webhooks
- experience crafting stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, etc.
- experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello
- experience in financial or education industry
