Job Description

The Service Catalog Manager has overall responsibility for the production and ongoing maintenance of the Service Catalog. The Service Catalog Manager engages service and product owners to maintain and update catalog items as appropriate for changes to the portfolio of available service and products. This includes updating catalog items in online store fronts for purchasing and engaging services or products offered by the program. Ultimately this role will update the Service Catalog based on new or modified services and work with customer personnel to ensure that they review, validate, and approve service design packages for new or modified services.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
5+ years of IT Service Management experience
3+ years of experience with Service Portfolio and Service Catalog management, e.g., managing a service portfolio, implementing service request management plans and streamlining service catalog
ITIL4 certification preferred
Familiarity with BMC Helix and/or Remedy preferred
