Provide ongoing management and technical implementation assistance to ensure successful delivery and adoption of best practices across the entire Cloud lifecycle at IC agencies. Help customers assess their own technical environments and apply cloud, database, application, middleware, server/OS, storage, networking, and security skills to guide their deployments in the Oracle Cloud. In addition to technical delivery, provide customer advocacy, able to help them establish superior cloud onboarding procedures, shape important internal policies, and help build fully accredited solutions that best achieve their mission objectives.

. Drive architecture with enterprise service teams for networking, identity, cybersecurity and billing at IC agencies:
a) Drive meetings, engagement, schedules with customer to enable integration of agency enterprise services with the Oracle Cloud
b) Assist with documentation of cloud architecture to enable integration of agency enterprise services with the Oracle Cloud
c) Develop Infrastructure as Code or other code to enable integration of agency enterprise services with the Oracle Cloud
d) Assist with assessment documentation and test procedures for the integration of agency enterprise services with the Oracle Cloud
2. Perform rapid assessments of customer's internal technology & skills landscape, targeting use cases and deployment strategies for Oracle Cloud solutions for mission programs at IC agencies:
a) Drive meetings, engagement, schedules with customer to host mission program systems on the Oracle Cloud
b) Assist with documentation of cloud architecture to host mission program systems on the Oracle Cloud
c) Develop Infrastructure as Code or other code to host mission program systems on the Oracle Cloud
d) Assist with assessment documentation and test procedures to host mission program system
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
