Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a GPT End-User Trainer. The primary responsibilities include designing training modules to enhance the performance of GPT models, monitoring the interaction between users and the AI to identify areas of improvement, and providing training to the group who needs more confidence and understanding to efficiently use these AI tools. The pay rate for this will range from $30/hour - $60/hour depending on experience.

Required Skills & Experience

- Someone with previous experience manipulating AI tools with different prompts
- Hands on experience developing AI training curriculum using already developed material and creating material from scratch
- Hands on experience working with Chat GPT in depth creating prompts, uploading files, etc. to have the toll create content
- Hands on experience utilizing Microsoft Copilot (M365 Productive Suite specifically) for automating processes in previous course work or employment positions
- Experience teaching different business/non-technical stakeholders, project teams, division groups on how to best utilize these tools and bring continuous improvement into day-to-day automation

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience working in the education division
- Experience working with marketing and education/curriculum development groups/projects
- A proven curriculum/prompt portfolio
