Conduct revenue projections and enrollment assumptions to support financial planning.
Perform Profit and Loss (P&L) analysis to track the companys financial health.
Carry out fiscal impact analysis to understand financial implications of business decisions.
Provide ad-hoc analysis as needed for various financial inquiries and projects.
Utilize Excel for advanced data analysis and financial modeling.
Manage and understand ERP systems, specifically Banner and Allusion.
Create reports and presentations using Cognos and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with state and local financial regulations.
A bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Proficiency in Excel, Cognos, and PowerPoint.
Experience with ERP systems, particularly Banner and Allusion.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform complex financial modeling.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly.
3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the banking sector
