Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Front End Software Engineer to support one of our local clients in the Richmond, VA area. This position will be a contract to hire opportunity - sitting onsite in Richmond, VA Mon-Thurs, remote Fridays. The ideal candidate will be someone who can take ideas to help create a final end product. This role will own Angular Frontend Development and lead Frontend for projects. There will not always be clear requirements, and we need someone who is able to work independently to create a solution.
Pay Depending on experience $55-$60
Responsibilities:
Understand and translate business needs into software solutions that support long-term projects and goals.
Demonstrate technical solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
Design, develop, modify, and support software components from all areas of the client's technical stack.
Work with Clients or internal management to develop the overall look and design of web applications.
Determine root cause for complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions.
Serve as a technical lead contributing to and directing the efforts of development teams, including internal and external team members.
