A client in the Alexandria, VA area is seeking a Program Cybersecurity Lead in support of a federal program. Candidates will assist in establishing the customer as the Sr. Representative for any cybersecurity issues and equities. Candidates will routinely collaborate with client and systems to develop and enterprise architecture which integrates security systems across the customer enterprise to focus on insider threat mitigation.
Candidates must possess a TS clearance with SCI eligibility - position is onsite in Alexandira, VA however will have 2 days flexibility for work from home

* 12 years total experience and 10 years experience with cybersecurity or IT related matters. Four additional years are required if no degree is held
* Knowledge of the defense sector and components
* Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
* Knowledge of insider threat and user activity monitoring practices and applications
* Ability to clearly communicate to executives and C-suite equivalents in a clear, concise manner via verbal, written and visual communication channels
* Ability to translate technology, intelligence and/or cybersecurity information into enterprise-level reports, policy and strategy documents
* Clearance: TS with SCI eligibility required
* Education: Bachelors degree required (see note above about experience equivalent)
* Experience within the department of defense or similar office or command
* Experience overseeing a cybersecurity focused-team, project or work effort
* Knowledge of Zero Trust principals and their application
* Knowledge of CATMS or a similar task management system to direct tasking across a broad organization
* Ability to conduct required research and coordination to represent leadership intent and interests
* Certification: Certification accepted for IAT III, IAM III, or any CSSP category is a pcelus.
