Insight Global is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support a DoD program based out of Alexandria, VA. This position is onsite and our client can pay $35hr - $50hr / $70,000 - $95,000 per year. Job responsibilities include:
· Provides advice and recommendations on process best practices.
· Performs analysis on business or systems processes to identify improvements.
· Works with clients to understand and define needs and develop and recommend solutions.
· Interacts and communicates with end-users, management, vendors, and IT personnel.
· Maintains knowledge of IT technology and Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) applications (e.g., Office 365, MS Power Apps, Service Now).
· Performs configuration and designs solutions (e.g., reports, process diagrams, workflows, etc.).
· Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
