Insight Global is looking for an IAM Analyst II to support one of our insurance clients in the Richmond, VA area. This candidate will be joining a close-knit information security team supporting compliance and access management efforts. The right candidate will have 4-5 years experience as an IAM professional and be well-versed using and manipulating the Sailpoint platform. The role will consist of two parts: operationally, they will support the onboarding/ offboarding of new hires/terminations and ensuring they have the right user access. They will use Active Directory and HRIS systems. The second part is using and manipulating the Sailpoint platform to run campaigns, support compliance efforts in annual audits, and build certification campaigns. This candidate should thrive working on a team and have great communication. The target hourly pay rate for this position is $35-70/hr and based on experience.
