Job Description

Our client in Tysons, VA is looking for 2 recruiting coordinators to join their Construction division on a 6 month contract to hire. These individuals will be responsible for calling applicants, taking them through the interview process, all the way through onboarding new employees until their first day. This is a 50% travel role, going to various job fairs, etc across the mid-atlantic.

Pay range between $26-29/hr

Required Skills & Experience

-2 years recruiting experience in Engineering/Construction

-Bilingual in English/Spanish HIGHLY preferred
