Job Description

Our client is seeking a Federal Proposal Specialist to join their team long term on a remote basis. This person will be responsible for the oversight of the proposal process. This will involve content development, collaboration with technical teams, tracking and maintaining timelines, document management, and quality control. The Federal Proposal Specialist will lead kick off meetings, color team meetings, and milestone tracking for federal AEC proposals.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelors Degree

- 6-8 years of experience in federal proposal development for an AEC firm

- Experience with multi-volume pursuits and large teams

- Experienced with the Shipley process or similar

- Experienced with SF330s

- Knowledge of Federal procurement

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Eligible for government clearance

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Shipley Certification and/or Association of Proposal Managment Professionals (APMP) Practictioner or Professional Certification
