Job Description

ssist in the execution of internal control discipline and operational excellence for a Technology Organization. Execute specific processes and tools to drive adherence to enterprise-wide standards. Support QA/QC processes within the tech org through ongoing monitoring and assessment of controls. Acts as an ambassador of the risk culture. Incumbents typically have over 5+ years of risk management and LOB/ECF experience.

Required Skills & Experience

We're looking for an individual to provide governance, apply internal control discipline and operational excellence practices for sustainability routines.



Activities would include:



·Partner with the Technology Managers and their teams to ensure sustainability routines are performed in accordance with defined processes.



·Support technology teams in remediating, identifying, debating, and documenting risk and remediation plans.



·Support technology teams in the delivery and validation of requested artifacts.



·Support technology teams in setting up sustainable routines and tracking solutions.



·Support Technology Management in audit and exam activities.



·Gather and organize data demonstrating continued Sustainability activities.



·Assist in miscellaneous issue management activities and escalations.



·Maintain effective and professional relationships with key business stakeholders and risk partners.



·Act as an ambassador of the risk culture.



·Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience presenting complex ideas in technical and business terms to varying levels of management.



·Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills to foster forward progress with projects and initiatives.



·Poise and perseverance to get things accomplished under pressure and within the set timelines.



·Track record of ensuring accuracy, clarity, and quality of work with attention to detail.



·Strong problem solving and analytical skills.



·Excellent MS-Office skills including PowerPoint (for presentations), Excel (for manipulating large amounts of data) and Word.



·Excellent organizational skills, versatility, and flexibility. Ability to learn quickly and shift between topics, projects, programs, and teams.



·Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team.



·Nice to Have: CISA, CRISC, CISM or CISSP



·5+ years Technology Audit or Technology Risk experience



·Experience in the identification, documentation, debate, and escalation of risk.



·Oversee execution of Risk Assessments.



·Solid understanding of a risk control framework (i.e., inherent risks, control procedures, residual risk, etc.)



·Strong ability to analyze metrics and data to identify thematic issues / areas requiring improvement.



·Understanding of Global Records Management, Business Continuity and Recovery, Information Security, Application Management, and Change Management programs, principles and application in a technology setting.



·Understanding of the business controls and compliance functions and the partnership required to be effective.



·Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Richmond or Atlanta - 40/hr for pay rate (around there)
