Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join one of our largest clients in the DC Metro area. This will be a 6 month contract to hire opportunity. This person will be a part of multiple renovation projects throughout the area and should be familiar/have experience with RFI's, Change Orders, Submittals, various project management/construction management software's. The ideal background for this candidate is commercial vertical construction. This role pays between $40.00 - $45.00/hour.

Required Skills & Experience

- A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent is required.

- Minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible related experience, which includes managing multiple renovation projects, small to mid-size, new construction projects (up to $50M), and managing A/E (design) consultant services and construction administration.
