Insight Global is looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support one of our insurance clients. This candidate will act as a product owner and lead the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) team. This role focuses on process re-engineering with the Underwriting & Claims teams, to identify inefficiencies, make recommendations for improvements (including people, process or technology, which could be RPA or other techniques such as APIs, OCR, traditional app dev work, etc. This candidate will be responisble for coordinating the offshore teams of developers and QAs, and work independently with the scrum and business unit teams. This position sits remote but there are onsite requirements in Richmond, VA about once a month. The pay rate for this position is between $45-60/hr and is based on years of experience.

5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst/ Product Owner
Insurance knowledge (property and casualty- commercial or personal)
Strong PO/ BSA Skills
Experience in process re-engineering, process mapping, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Experience with Agile and Kanban techniques
