Insight Global's client is seeking a team member to function as a IT Security Governance Analyst to support the Office of Information Security at a local state agency. The Analyst will complete risk assessments, document data, and perform data sensitivity classification in order to ensure production readiness.
Primary responsibilities include:
Collaborating with Stakeholders in client's Information Security Office to complete risk assessments, develop documentation surrounding client's security best practices, and making sure all practices are compliant prior to going into production.
Interface with leadership to assist in creating and socializing governance artifacts / risk assessment report findings to own conversations and suggest best practices moving forward.

- Knowledge and application of IT Governance best practices (5 years)
- Experience in business writing and presenting (5 years)
- Experience using RSA Archer (5 years)
- Experience in Risk Assessment and Data Sensitivity Classification (5 years)
- Knowledge of IT Governance and Compliance standards (5 years)
- Educational or Career Experience in Cybersecurity, Government technology implementation, IT Risk Management, IT Governance, or related field(s) (5 years)
