Job Description

Our client is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to assist their inbound call center. Day to day responsibilities would include assisting customers with questions and concerns related to their accounts and or starting/stopping service. This position is onsite in Richmond, 8AM-5PM. Maximum pay rate of $20.

Required Skills & Experience

Three years of high volume call center experience

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
