-Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects
-Serve as liaison between business, PMO's and technical aspects of projects.
-Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
-Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
-Manage team detailed project activities for IT-PMO projects, while the IT PMO runs the project.
-Manage all project management details for small projects.

-4+ years of experience as a project manager with some IT or analysis background
-General understanding of IT terminology
-Must Have experience managing more than 1 project at once
-Health Plan or Health insurance experience (will be working in the medicaid, medicare, and/or commercial benefits space)
-Strong communication and ability to motivate key players
-Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle/ IT
-Service deployment or integration/implementation experience with Healthcare or health plan systems and/or applications
-Bachelor's degree
