Job Description

Our client is seeking a Receptionist to run their front desk operations in their Alexandria, VA office. This is a fully on-site, 8-5pm role. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and badging guests, answering phones, inbound and outbound mail/package, and email correspondence for the Alexandria and Baltimore offices.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1-3 years of administrative experience

- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Clearable for a Public Trust

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with Sharepoint and Teams
