Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating and updating our commercial plan guides. These guides serve as essential resources for our brokerage audience, providing information about our product offerings and services. Your work will directly impact how brokers educate and inform their clients.



Responsibilities

Rebranding and Standardization:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the plan guides with our current brand standards.

Update content to reflect the latest information and ensure consistency across all materials.

Transform lengthy paragraphs into concise, reader-friendly formats (e.g., 1-pagers or 3-pagers).

Day-to-Day Activities:

Receive training from team leads on brand guidelines.

Thoroughly review brand considerations and apply them to guide design.

Work closely with sales, compliance, product, subject matter experts (SMEs), value-based care, clinical, and health and wellness teams.

Capture content from various teams and deliver the finalized guides.

Collaborate with backend product matrix teams to confirm details and incorporate necessary changes.

Manage both Family and Individual Product guides within the commercial segment.

Design Requirements:

Create visually appealing designs that adhere to brand guidelines.

Handle complex details and ensure accuracy.

Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to gather input and feedback.

Prioritize timeliness in project execution.

Preference for candidates with experience in the health industry.

Technical Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.

Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and other design tools.

Familiarity with creating fillable forms in PDF format.

Knowledge of accessibility standards (WAGG 2.0).

Experience using project management tools like Asana is a plus.

Work Environment

Hours: Our team operates from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Collaboration: You'll work closely with various teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
